Return & Refunds

A customer will be allowed to return the product he purchased from the website within 14 days through multiple options as explained below:

• Customer will be allowed to return the product by choosing “Pick up from home” option. 
• Customer will require send an email to care@castore.me and mention the order no to the product they wish to return
• An email will be sent to the customer confirming the return of the product
• Payment will be reversed back to the customer account he used for purchasing the product
• If the purchase was done through Cash on delivery method, customer will be given a voucher equal to the value of the products (does not include shipping value) that the customer can use on castore.me.
• Please note that the delivery fee cannot be refunded
