Orders

How will I know my order has been received by you?

You will receive a confirmation of your order as soon as your payment has been approved.

How will I know my order has been shipped?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Where is my order?

You can track your order with the link and tracking number provided on your confirmation email.  If your order has been in transit for over 7 business days, please contact our concierge team.

Can I amend my order after I place it?

Our priority is to generate your label and start picking the order as soon as possible which means we are unable to make changes once an order has been placed.  This includes order items and address.  However, we may be able to cancel your order and place a new one.

I’m missing an item from my order, what should I do?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we can investigate this for you.

What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

Please email our support team with your order number, name, and a clear image of the garment/fault.

Delivery & Shipping

What carriers do you use?

All orders will be delivered by Aramex.

How long should delivery take?

Our carrier aims to deliver your parcel within 5 business days however during busier periods this time frame can extend to 7- 10 business days.

My order states delivered but I have not received it.

The package may have been signed by a neighbor or another resident at your location.  Can you kindly check this and check around the entrances of your residence, particularly on porches, bushes, garages or other places that might protect your package from theft or weather.

How long do I have to return an item after I receive my parcel?

Your items should be returned within 14 days from your delivery date. The garments must be unused and with all relevant tags still attached.

What is your exchange policy on teamwear?

Can I return a personalized item?

Personalized items are not eligible for return and will be refused. These items will be posted back to you.

When returning my order, do I need to return the free gift?

Yes, any free gifts sent with your order must be returned with your order when sending back for a refund/exchange. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from your refund.

How do I know what size I will need?

We have size guides available on all our products.  This will help you find the perfect size.

How do I care for my clothing?

Always read the care label before washing your clothes.  We would advise to wash your garments inside out, wash with a soft detergent and air dry only.  Do not use any high heat to wash or dry your clothes.

My discount code is not working, what should I do?

Discount codes are single use only and only one discount code can be used at a time.  If this is a new code, please contact our concierge team before placing your order.  We are unable to add a discount code to an existing order.
