When will I receive my order?
Orders within the UAE are typically delivered in 2-3 business days. For deliveries to other GCC countries, please allow 3-4 business days.
Can I change or cancel my order?

What shipping options and charges are available?
UAE Deliveries
- Next-Day Delivery: AED 15 (Delivery within 1 business day)
- Standard Delivery: AED 12 (Delivery within 2–3 business days)
- Free Shipping on orders above AED 250
GCC Deliveries (KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman)
- Standard Delivery: AED 50 (Delivery within 3–5 business days)
- Priority Delivery – KSA: AED 60 (Delivery within 2–3 business days)
- Free Shipping on orders above AED 499
Payment Methods
- Credit/Debit Card, Cash on Delivery (online only).
International Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may be applied once the shipment reaches its destination country. These charges vary by country and are beyond our control.
- Any applicable customs duties or handling fees must be borne by the customer.
- We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on applicable charges prior to placing an order.
- Please note that customs fees and taxes are non-refundable. If a delivery is refused, the cost of any customs duties already paid by the courier on your behalf will be deducted from your refund.
What payment methods to you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery, as well as the following payment methods: Debit Card, Credit Card, Apple Pay, and Tabby (Buy Now, Pay Later).

Returns & Exchanges
How do I return or exchange an item?
To return an item, please click here. Please note that beauty products, underwear, and swimwear are not eligible for return. We currently do not offer exchanges.
What is your return policy?
We hope that you love your purchase. In case it's not exactly what you wished for, you can request a return within 14 days. Just follow the steps on this link.
How long will my refund take?
Your refund will be processed within one working day of receiving your return at our warehouse. Please allow an additional 5–7 working days for the money to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank's processing time. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
